The Flagship ProgramThe 30-Day Clarity Reset workbook on a desk

You can't change what you can't see. The 30-Day Clarity Reset™ is a five-session, facilitator-led journey that gives participants the language and the steps to do exactly that: seeing the pattern, naming it, interrupting it, and becoming who they were made to be.

The Program

Every person carries patterns, ways of thinking, relating, responding, that quietly run their life without them ever choosing them. The 30-Day Clarity Reset exists to bring those patterns into clear view.

Five 90-minute sessions. One workbook. A facilitator guide built so any leader can run it with confidence, no clinical training required.

Phase One

Awareness

Seeing the pattern clearly, often for the first time.

Phase Two

Patterns

Naming what's been running on repeat.

Phase Three

Choice Points

Interrupting it, on purpose, with real tools.

Phase Four

Integration

Becoming the new one, so change actually holds.

Two Tracks, One Program

The same five-session arc, offered in the language your organization needs.

Faith-Integrated

Grounded in Faith

For churches and faith-based organizations. The same four-phase arc, grounded in faith throughout.

Standard

For Every Organization

For schools, nonprofits, corporate wellness programs, and community organizations. The same four-phase arc, the same depth.

The 30-Day Clarity Reset

Two tools straight from the workbook.

Every participant fills these in by hand on Day 1, then returns to them on Day 30. What's below is a sample of a finished one, not a real participant's answers.

Built from a facilitator-guided framework, not a personality quiz. This becomes the anchor for small-group conversation in Session 2–5.
The workbook's own instruction: the Inner Child row matters most — every other row is downstream of how you treat the child inside you.

Five sessions. One workbook. A framework built to hold the whole person, not just one part of them.

A note before you request a quote: The 30-Day Clarity Reset is a wellness education and reflection program, not therapy. It's designed to be trauma-informed and facilitator-led, but it isn't a substitute for clinical treatment, and your facilitators aren't expected to be licensed mental health professionals. If your organization anticipates working with participants in active crisis, please have a referral plan and local crisis resources in place before you run a cohort — every licensed edition includes facilitator guidance for exactly this.
