Vol. I  ·  Whole Wellness, Mind, Body & Spirit
For schools, nonprofits & workplaces

Most women can name everyone they take care of. They cannot name a boundary they actually keep.

Five sessions. Your facilitator. A workbook in every seat.

Helpfulness is not the problem. The cost of it is. Women overgive at work, with parents, with siblings, and anywhere that being useful started to feel like being loved. Saying no feels like doing harm. So they say yes and keep nothing.

The Count-In gives the group a way to catch that pattern, name it, and respond on purpose. It is built to be licensed by schools, nonprofits, corporate wellness programs, and community organizations.

What Changes

The pattern is usually the same. It is not a lack of care. It is a lack of a clean no.

It shows up with the parent they still perform for, the sibling they will not disappoint, and the job that takes the last 5%. Marriage and volunteering get stacked on top of that job. One hundred percent goes out. Almost nothing is left.

By session five, participants can:

How It Runs

You bring the room, the women, and a leader. We bring the script and the books.

Phase 1 · Five, Catch

Awareness

See what has been running on autopilot, often for the first time.

Phase 2 · Six, Name

Patterns

Name it in their own words, and where it lives.

Phase 3 · Seven, Eight

Choice Points

Learn the Reset, write a choreography, and run the full count.

Phase 4 · From the top

Integration

Keep what is theirs. Miss the count? Take it from the top.

Five 90-minute sessions. Sessions one through four fall on days 1, 8, 15, and 22. Session five is Commencement, held on day 30. Participants start with Your Starting Line and meet it again in The Reveal, so the group can see what moved.

The facilitator guide is fully scripted and built for facilitators who are not clinicians.

The Count-In is a guided practice, not therapy. It is not medical advice or a diagnosis, and it does not replace care from a licensed professional. If someone in the group may be in crisis, have a referral plan and local resources ready. The facilitator guide covers that.
